Dr. Kiran Milind Jadhav
Dr. Kiran Milind Jadhav is a visionary leader, accomplished academic, and dynamic entrepreneur who has made a remarkable mark across Maharashtra’s financial and labor sectors. As the Director of Harshika Financial Services, established in 2007, he has successfully guided the company to become a trusted name in providing efficient, accurate, and client-focused financial and corporate support services.
Beyond his entrepreneurial success, Dr. Jadhav is widely recognized for his public service and leadership as the Vice President of the Shiv Sena Transport Union, Maharashtra. His efforts have consistently focused on the welfare, empowerment, and fair representation of transport workers across the state.
With a Ph.D. in Economics and an MBA in Finance, Dr. Jadhav brings a rare blend of analytical insight, financial acumen, and social vision to his roles. His professional journey reflects a deep commitment to social justice, economic progress, and organizational excellence. Under his leadership, Harshika Financial Services continues to expand its footprint, fostering growth through integrity, innovation, and inclusivity.
